The program trains junior faculty, postdocs and doctoral students to successfully lead a multifaceted high-end research operation, conveying critical skills to lead, manage and direct high-achieving students and staff at all levels. The Aggie research program (ARP) and Biomedical Research Certificate (BRC) continue to expand and amaze. The BRC and ARP have produced a paradigm shift at Texas A&M University and has captured first generation students and students traditionally difficult to engage in research. Congratulations Dr. Quick, Dr. Lyons and the entire program.
